To reduce hair thinning, change your routine for your after-shower time. Rub your hair gently using a towel when you finish your shower; don’t rub too vigorously. You should not use hair dryers on your hair either. If you feel that it is absolutely necessary to use a hair dryer, you should only use it when it is on low heat.

Another way to prevent thinning hair is by giving your scalp a gentle massage with your fingers. Massaging your scalp warms the skin and opens up blood vessels, helping your circulation to increase. Rub for about five to ten minutes, moving fingers all about your scalp. This massage will reduce stress to your head, also, and stress can contribute to hair thinning.

As was mentioned before, no one wants to experience excessive blading. If you are willing to consider a wig or other procedures, you can combat the loss. Thinning hair may not always be permanent! You may be one of the lucky ones! Follow the advice given so that, no matter your situation, you are coping with it in the best possible way. However, there is always hope for an easy solution!
